Any cancellation received prior to October 1, 2024 will receive a full refund, minus a $250 administration fee.

Cancellations received between October 2nd and November 30th, 2024, will receive a 50% refund minus a $250 administration fee.
Cancellations received after December 1st, 2024 will not receive any refund.
Dakar NOLA reserves the right in any circumstance to cancel the trip. If the trip is canceled for reasons other than a force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, political or societal actions, warfare, infrastructure failures, etc.), we will issue you a full refund. If the trip is canceled due to force majeure, a refund in full is dependent upon the situation and cannot be guaranteed by Dakar NOLA.

Upon registration, travelers will receive and be required to electronically sign an event participation agreement.

Medical, travel, and trip cancellation insurance is mandatory. Please ensure that your insurance fully covers your participation in this trip, as well as any unforeseen circumstances such as illness, injury, travel risks, any disruptions due to Covid, etc. Dakar Nola shall be held harmless and indemnified and we will not cover costs and expenses that may be incurred as a consequence of such incidents to you during the event.
Valid passport and travel visas if required (please check with your origin country’s consulate or embassy).
Reasonable fitness level and mindfulness of your own body’s capabilities of walking and/or being on your feet for extended periods. Dakar Nola is not responsible for any illness or injuries suffered during the event.
Travel vaccinations are recommended but not mandatory; however, proof of yellow fever vaccination is required if traveling from a country with risk of yellow fever. We encourage you to seek guidance from your healthcare provider.

Travel (air and ground) to and from the event location is the responsibility of each guest. Dakar Nola is not responsible for any delays, errors, or cancellations from any third-party companies (e.g., airlines, travel advisors, etc.), or for any issues that arise regarding your documentation required for travel to Senegal.
